Adrienne Ramsay

Over the last two decades, Adrienne held leadership roles in government, aerospace and defense firms, and technology start-ups, where she established strong personal relationships throughout Congress, various federal agencies, and industry.

Adrienne started her career in the private sector as a design engineer and at Raytheon, TRW, and Booz Allen Hamilton. After a few years, she decided to focus on public policy and moved to government service, where she worked on a variety of policies and programs and gained an extensive knowledge of Federal budgets and programs. During her time on the Hill, she served as Senior Advisor to the Chairman-House Appropriations Committee, where she was a trusted advisor for planning and executing programs for the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community — providing leadership guidance for more than $250 billion of programs.  She was also a Professional Staff Member on the House of Representatives Armed Services Committee, and has worked at the Office of Management and Budget, the Congressional Budget Office, and as a Brookings Institute Fellow.

Throughout her career, Adrienne honed her expertise in the inner workings of the government and how businesses can position themselves to maximize opportunities. She recognized the disconnect that occurs between the goals set by leadership and the execution from the team and was determined to find a solution. This lack of communication costs companies millions of dollars and creates frustration within the organization — all which can be avoided if the right processes are in place from the start.

To help companies solve this issue, Adrienne leveraged her experience advising and leading teams to develop programs and processes that foster creativity and problem solving for companies from startups to large and complex organizations.

Adrienne’s six-step process that yields positive results, streamlines and optimizes decision-making, and establishes goal alignment for diverse organizations from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies.

Her framework provides actionable steps to achieve company goals as well as evaluate the results. She implemented her method into her consulting program and offers companies a customized plan to facilitate value creation by identifying risks and synchronizing team dynamics and communications.

This program supports initiatives and other value generation investments like internal R&D and M&A to enable CEOs, board members, leadership teams, and staff members to assess and prioritize tasks and efforts to efficiently pursue corporate goals.
